Will my email inboxes move with my website to Cloudways Flexible?

The short answer

No. Website hosting, staff inboxes and application email need separate arrangements. Cloudways offers mailbox add-ons and custom SMTP connections, but its web servers do not host your mailboxes. Moving website files does not migrate email.

In more detail

A mailbox service receives and stores staff email; an SMTP service sends messages such as password resets and order confirmations. Cloudways lists Rackspace Email as a mailbox add-on. Neither mailbox migration nor application sending is set up simply by copying website files.

You can keep the current mailbox provider while moving the website: changing the website’s address does not itself require changing MX records. If you also change mailbox providers, handle existing messages, aliases and mail DNS separately, and keep the old service until the replacement works. These arrangements concern Flexible websites, not email features included with Managed AI Agent.
