Pricing & billing

Is billing software included with hosting.com cPanel Reseller plans?

The short answer

The current cPanel Reseller page lists Blesta as included and WHMCS as a paid option. Check the exact license scope and continuing cost before choosing a billing system; compatibility with a tool does not mean every license or extension is included.

In more detail

hosting.com's cPanel Reseller plan cards distinguish included Blesta from the paid WHMCS option. The page also describes integration with billing and provisioning tools. Separate that software entitlement from the number of cPanel accounts in Reseller 30 or Reseller 60: they answer different capacity and cost questions.

Our recommendation is to choose the billing workflow first. List the payment gateways, invoice process, currencies and account-provisioning actions your business needs. Confirm the offered license edition, client limits, branding conditions and what happens to the license if the hosting service ends. Ask whether any required gateway module or extension needs a separate purchase.

Compare the complete continuing cost, including hosting renewal and the selected billing software, rather than assuming the introductory bundle lasts unchanged. Test provisioning and a renewal invoice before connecting real customer payments, and keep a plan for exporting customer records. Choose the tool your team can maintain and reconcile reliably; an included license can be useful, but it does not replace correct billing settings or operational oversight.
